The product
HydorFuel™
is a water (20%) and diesel oil emulsion that
can be used for diesel vehicles and heating
systems.
The presence of water means a more complete
combustion of the hydrocarbon, reducing the
formation of particulate
(50%) and improving specific consumption.
It also lowers the temperature in the combustion
chamber, reducing the formation of nitrogen
oxides. HydorFuel™ is a water (20%) and diesel
oil emulsion that can be used for diesel
vehicles and heating systems.
It
is the only ecological solution adopted on a
large scale in the captive fleet market.
Initially planed to be offered to the public transport
sector, HydorFuel ™ can be used by waste
collection vehicles, heavy duty transport
vehicles and rail transport, earth moving
machinery and for civil heating in public and
private buildings.
"White diesel" is also economically
competitive: it is has refueling
conditions as traditional diesel but at a lower
price, thus reducing normal operating costs.

Aqueous
emulsions are an alternative to conventional
gasoline and diesel fuel. The cooling effect of
the presence of water in an engine has been known
to reduce emissions from engines, specifically
oxides of nitrogen (Nox) and particulate matter
(PM). The reason behind the cooling effect of a
fuel emulsion is a result of the micro-explosion
phenomena. Micro-explosions are extremely
important in macro emulsions in which the
emulsifier-encased water droplets are suspended
within the fuel. HydorFuel™ emulsions may be
dispensed directly into engine (without the need
for engine modifications) without sacrificing
emissions performance. |

During
emulsification process trough our proprietary
reactor the special additive and diesel surrounds
the water droplets to prevent the water from
separating out of the mixture. The encapsulation
prevents the water from contacting any metal
engine parts, thereby allowing the fuel to perform
in a similar fashion to conventional diesel.
After emulsification is completed via our proprietary
cavitation reactor, the water droplets
encapsulated in a diesel fuel. Water becomes not
detectable even if you test it with a water
detection chemicals.

Another
option is available from HydorFuel™, is to produce
emulsified fuel on a demand basis when it is
required, so you can use it all the time because it
is "Always there".
Our proprietary reactor
and emulsification is the secret to this whole
process. Our emulsion is stable for at least 30
days. Our process can be used whenever industry
requires an emulsion (the mixture of two liquids
in which droplets of one are suspended evenly
throughout the other).

HydorFuel™ is produced in main fuel depots
and distributed in the captive fleet market:
it is therefore not available at the usual
refueling stations.
